Cliff Vermette’s DJ career began in the mid 90’s in a minimally boring part of Canada. Quickly progressing in Vancouver’s underground party scene, Cliff found himself riding a wave of popularity based on his unique blend of music [that is 1 part awesome to 25 parts super awesome]. He was the first in Vancouver to integrate the British sound with West Coast breaks and was soon to be found headlining most local shows. His exposure there led him to performances across the Americas including Canada, the USA (New York, Los Angeles) Brazil, Mexico, and Venezuela.

In 2000, Cliff decided to take his talent overseas. He came to Asia because of its ever changing music industry and opportunity to progress. His talent immediately landed him a residency with the Loop crew One of the largest promotions and club promoters in Asia. At the Loop club, he had the lead residency and took charge of all international DJ bookings. It was there that Cliff shared the decks with almost every top DJ in the world.

While in Asia Cliff became the favored Dj of Keep, an Asia-wide brand management company where he not only performed at fashion shows and launch parties, but produced original music for international fashion brands such as Bully, Poet Illiterate, SD&R and End 2 End.

Cliff has a reputation for the most danceable sets. He brings a unique energy behind the decks and makes the crowd a large part of his show. His music and skills represent over10 years of expertise, and most importantly, he does it for the music, not the fame.

Lately, his music is a blend of electro house with a hard and chunky bass-line. Cliff has headlined to crowds of over 10,000 people (Summerlove 2000 Vancouver, Spring Scream, 03-06) yet still enjoys playing to small intimate crowds.
