COMPANY PROFILE

ICONIC was established in 2007 and incorporatedas a professional agency behind the strong partnership of its founders. The agency was launched with the idea of utilizing a progressive management approach. ICONICis a multifaceted agency that provides an array of consultancy services to best serve the ever-changing needs of its clients.

As a first of its kind in Indonesia, ICONIC engages in custom scouting and the custom sourcing of models for the fashion, advertising, and entertainment industries.  At the same time, ICONIC advisesglobal firms on their branding and communications strategies for Indonesia.

ICONIC’s client list has exploded – including famous brands and magainzes throughout Bali. The agency also been commissioned byboth national and international clients.

There are several key principles at play with ICONIC, namely hard work, ethical business acumen, alertness, adaptability, and the importance of the diversity of all its people.

Powered by these principles, ICONIC has set its sights on one mission: to change the face of fashion with fresh new look that combines beauty, elegance, uniqueness, and behavior as we have come to know it.

OUR EFFORT

  • Stage 1
    Through primary and secondary research, we develop an understanding of our client: their brand identity, target markets, and advertising history and current objectives. We then sort which types of models best match their needs. We advise on the concept and production of the project.
  • Stage 2
    Based on the types of models required, we identify targeted locations, activities, and events where such models could be discovered. Our scouts visit these locations and approach potential models according to client's model list.
  • Stage 3
    We conduct first interviews with the approached models, evaluating whether their character, skills, and look match the needs of the client and modeling. Following these first interviews, a group of pre-selected models are introduced and interviewed by ICONIC and the final model(s) is selected.
  • Stage 4
    We educate and train the selected model(s) on photo shoot and/or fashion show processes and techniques and also manage all sourcing issues between the client and model(s), including fee, usage, and other contractual issues as well as scheduling, performance matters, and other bookings. We also advise on the concept (creative) and production of the project featuring the selected model(s).

When scouting and scouring models, ICONIC is driven by the unique needs and brand identities of each client. Our approach allows our clients to strengthen their relationship with consumers, while presenting inclusive and empowering representations to the most influential educational force in society—the media. We distinguish ourselves with knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and personal service for both our models and clients. We lead this charge, all while adhering to the highest ethical standard.

DEAZY BIOGRAPHY

Born the 25th of December 1980, Deazy hails from a family background in the fashion industry with parents that were big influences on her. Famous for their fashion shows, her mother was an established model whilst her father was an event organizer - they worked together as a team during the late 1980’s.

Despite this predisposition to modeling and fashion, it still took a while for Deazy to commit and join the modeling world. However, once she took the plunge, it changed her life with a career that grew and expanded rapidly.

She ultimately joined the “Fame Agency” in the year 2000 and from there her experience grew more than ever. Getting more and more catwalk jobs, photo shoots, TV and magazine editorials made Deazy realize that her talents were not based solely in modeling but in all aspects of the fashion industry.

After various jobs in Jakarta, be it modeling jobs with Fame or public relations for the Sheraton Hotel in Jakarta, Deazy began to work at Liquid in public relations.

Deazy subsequently moved to Bali in 2005. She still maintained employment with Liquid and after 6 months she moved to Paul Ropp (U.S. Designer) as a Marketing Officer.

By 2007, Deazy was both freelancing as PR throughout Bali along with managing Lily Jean.

It was at this point that she decided to begin her own management company.
